- Parking space assignments (Note: There are 22 spaces in the 5 Needles and 4 spaces in the existing White Pine parking area; 3 on level A, and 1 on level B. All parking spaces have been preassigned with residence numbers. Residence Access Locks
- Owners will be provided with an ONITY “Direct Key” mobile access app to lock and unlock their main residence door with their mobile phone. Additional access modes such as key cards and key fobs may also be made available.

Internet Service
- Owners desiring internet service can contact Internet Provider Intermax to install and begin service. There are no additional provisions for Cable or Telephone service.
Elevators
- 5 Needles owners have access to all floors by using the two elevators near the entry lobby of the White Pine Lodge.
Ski Lockers
- Two ski lockers will be assigned to each residence. Each locker will accommodate 2 sets of ski gear. Ski locker access is controlled by a local PIN code unique to your locker. Click here for programming instructions on how to set your own code. Click here for basic unlock instructions—usually good for short term rental guests or those requiring simplified instructions. Please note this document does not indicate how to change codes.
- Schweitzer has a ski locker cylinder master key to provide access should the PIN pad be inoperative.
Hot Tubs, Workout Facilities, Owner’s Club Room, & Common Areas
- Spas/Hot Tubs are not permitted in any residence except 5 Needles residences 115 & 117.
- Owners of Residences are entitled to the nonexclusive use of the General Common Area in White Pine Lodge, including but not limited to the elevators, entry lobby, Owner’s Club room, workout facilities, spa, and deck area.

Mail Service & Utilities
- There is no U.S. Postal Service to 5 Needles. Owners should consider obtaining a P.O. Box in Sandpoint at 204 N. 4th Ave.

EV Charging Stations
- All parking stalls located in the 5 Needles building are pre-wired for EV charging units (See parking space assignments above). Parking stalls located in the existing White Pine Lodge parking areas are not wired for EV charging units.
- Owners desiring a charging station must contact the HOA for accepted providers and equipment models.
HOA Approved Window Coverings
- The HOA has approved owner installed window blinds as long as they meet agreed upon specifications. For details and specifications, see here.
