Dear Member,

Recently you received your invoice (s)  for the special assessment for the Spa Project.

The project is in full gear and the full schedule is posted on our website.  It is vitally important that you make your special assessment  payment ( in full or per the scheduled payment option ).  The Board does not desire nor do we want to create a collection protocol.  But we are certainly prepared to execute such a policy if needed.  Expenses related to this project are coming in and we funded this via the special assessment.

For those not paying on time or not at all may face finance fees and or a lien / foreclosure procedure.

Please don’t put the Board, who are your fellow neighbors, in the position of collecting dollars.
